100 Koji Bench Press
The Koji Bench press
This exercise requires all your muscle to focus and work to the max.
During the work-out I had to use everything I had to finish the movement. Look at the vid and see the amount of time i fail a rep.

Will be doing the same again only squatting next time.
100 Pitch Runs
100 Pitch runs, this took some time to complete but I got it done. Next will be the 100, 100meter runs.

100 Roll-Outs
Roll outs are a tough abdominal exercise.
If you have never done them you are missing out..........

Fresh from my TRX training. I decide to do 100 Pikes with the straps.

100 Ring Dips
Ok!! so this was harder than expected. as you will see my arms start to burn and at one point bleed.
Half way through this I had to change the equipment.
Got some nice war wounds for the following week.
